This class will include many modifications throughout the sequence to make it a safe practice and unique for all. It challenges you to steady the mind, breath and body throughout the practice focusing on ways to enrich your life both on and off the mat!

This style of traditional yoga uses postures and breath combined to deepen the flexibility of the body and mind to achieve greater relaxation. This is the perfect style for regular practitioners as well as beginners stepping into their first yoga experience and class!
This class aims to challenge the body physically to sustain specific yoga postures while maintaining a calm, even breath technique. Strengthening and detoxifying the body from the inside out one begins to observe patterns of the mind in the face of obstacles and challenges. With continued practice one sustains new patterns teaching the mind and body to persevere a deeper state to achieve inner harmony and outer strength!
This practice is designed to be therapeutic and is ideal for those recovering from injuries or illness as well as those looking to reduce stress and relax. It involves deeper stretching which will also help improve flexibility and restore one’s natural state.
