Temporary Closure Announcement
To our valued members and the community that we serve,
We made a difficult and painful decision to temporarily close our fitness club due to the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic. Our top priority has always been the health, wellness and safety of our valued members, team members and the community. It is also our social responsibility to support our local, provincial, and federal governments to help plank the curve.
Like many other businesses, we were caught unawares by this pandemic. Should you have questions about your memberships, pausing of memberships, and when you can return to our fitness club — we have the following answers for you:
1.) We had to charge April dues because of costs associated with expenses such as rent, hydro, payroll, janitorial services for deep cleaning of the facility and maintenance of the equipment that you use.
2.) In order to open the club in an appropriate manner, there are underlying costs associated for the preparation for when the club re-opens, which we hope will be as early as possible.
3.) AFTER THE APRIL CHARGES, THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER CHARGES UNTIL WE RE-OPEN AGAIN.
4.) For those who wish to cancel or pause their memberships, please kindly wait until we re-open as we currently do not have administrative staff to do the cancellation due to the temporary closure.
